Heritage Awareness Plaque Program
Application Form
The Heritage Awareness Program is intended to increase public awareness of heritage properties by prominently displaying plaques on buildings throughout the Municipality, identifying their age and historical significance.  The program also gives owners the opportunity to show pride in their property.
All properties on the Municipality's Register of Cultural Heritage Properties are eligible for the program.  As well, an owner who feels their property is of historical/architectural significance is encouraged to apply.  Applications will be reviewed by the Trent Hills Heritage Advisory Committee who will determine the information on the plaque in conjunction with the owner.  A photo of the property and its location will be added to this website page (see list below) when the plaque is installed.
